DANIEL PUGH, Director
Hello, my name is Daniel Pugh I am the Director of Mountain View Special Needs LLC. I have many hobbies that I enjoy. I am a voracious reader of theology and non-fiction, specifically biographies and history. I also enjoy watching movies, both in the theater as well as at home. I listen to a large number of podcasts ranging in purpose from informational to entertainment. I love watching sports, especially baseball and basketball. Go Suns! Go Diamondbacks! I have an undergraduate degree in Christian Studies and I have a Master in Divinity from Grand Canyon Theological Seminary.
I feel very blessed to be the Director of Mountain View Special Needs LLC and journey alongside families that have students with special needs. One thing that I love about working with individuals who have special needs is the joy they radiate, as that joy is innate to who God created them to be. One of my hopes is that this can be a program where we walk with families, celebrating when celebration is called for and bearing burdens when life is hard.
Karin Kelly
Karin has been a happy face on campus for years from VBS with her four children to working as an aide in the Quincea Special Needs Day program. She is adored by kids and their families. When she isn’t busy with us and her four children, she loves to play tennis and cook.
Ali McAleer
I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Arizona and Master of Arts degree in Wellness Management with a minor in Business from Ball State University. I love spending time with my daughters, my dear husband, & our dog. I love time with family and friends, being active, hiking, traveling, watching my daughters play sports. It's a joy to work with special needs families and see into the kind souls of the children, learning to see the world through their eyes. They teach me!
